1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be processed if:
– You cancel within 24 hours of payment and no work has started.
– We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues.

Refund Processing Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original order.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:
– Services that have already started or been delivered
– Dissatisfaction after multiple free revisions (we offer up to 2 free changes)
– Change of mind after booking

Include your order details and the reason for the refund request.
